We want to make sure that YOU receive your order. It is our policy that all orders over $100 USD and all FedEx orders regardless of price, are sent "signature required."

PROOF OF DELIVERY POLICY

Buyer and Seller agree as follows; All products shipped by Seller are shipped by USPS or FedEx. Buyer agrees to accept USPS or FedEx Delivery Confirmation as proof of delivery.  Buyer agrees that no signature is required by Buyer as delivery confirmation unless specific arraignments are made with Seller. Buyer agrees than no chargeback will be made to Seller upon proof of delivery confirmation by USPS or FedEx to the address provided by Buyer at time of purchase. Under no circumstances is a signature required by Buyer as proof of delivery confirmation unless Buyer specifically requests this special service at time of purchase. We will automatically require a signature on all international orders and on all U.S. orders that exceed $100.  Also, we will automatically place a "signature required" on drop-ship orders, orders shipped to an address that differs from the credit card billing address, shipments to unconfirmed PayPal addresses, and American Express customers.  Finally, at our discretion, we reserve the right to override any order that requests "no signature."
